New Cape Town premises
In October 2008 construction started on the new CSE Equipment Building in Cape Town and was completed in July 2009. At a cost of around R 25 000 000.00 it marked a sizable investment for the Invicta Holdings Group. Originally it was the home of CSE and Doosan but with the acquisition of Criterion Equipment it quickly became clear that the new building at 57A Aviation Crescent, Airport City would be the perfect address for TCM products, Parts and service.
An additional R 400 000.00 was spent preparing the building for its new arrivals. Criterion Equipment moved in at the beginning of August 2009 and is now in a position to deliver a world class product from a world class location as well as providing the service and parts to back it up.
